Our story
MyGelagen began with a simple frustration: collagen products that hid their doses behind pretty packaging and made promises no label should make.
Why we started
In 2022, two formulators in Atlanta kept hearing the same story from the women around them — mothers, colleagues, clients — who had tried collagen powder after collagen gummy and could never tell what was actually inside. "Beauty blends" with fairy-dusted doses, vague peptide claims, and labels that said everything except the numbers that matter. The category was built on glow-y photography, not on chemistry.
We thought women deserved better: honest doses, collagen peptides in forms the body can actually use, and copy that respects your intelligence. So we built MyGelagen from Atlanta, Georgia, working with a US-based, cGMP-certified manufacturer and holding every formula to the standard we would want for ourselves.

Sourcing & quality
Every MyGelagen formula is produced in a US facility that follows the FDA's Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). We source hydrolyzed collagen peptides from grass-fed bovine and wild-caught marine suppliers who provide certificates of analysis, and every production run is third-party tested for identity, potency and contaminants such as heavy metals and microbes.

Most of us take these products ourselves, and we hold them to the standard we would want for our own families.
